The extemely popular Romeo & Juliet themed (Suite 301) is a one-bedroom suite, with a huge high end fully equipped kitchen and a Queen electrically inflatable air bed that can be set up in the large kirchen area,

The living dining area has a fireplace and patio doors opening onto a huge private deck with bistro set with a commanding view of the St Lawrence River and Seaway traffic, New York State, the harbour and marina.
There are two TV's. One in the living area and a separate TV in the bedroom slaved to the one in the Living Room..
