The Penthouse South : The Early Canadiana Suite  (Suite 201) unlike the rest of the main building which is Victorian/Georgian elegance;   is early Canadiana in decor with exposed stone, pine, hand hewn beams historic wooden planks used for the kitchen area. 

 

It can sleep 6 as it has  two queen size beds in the upstairs bedroom and a double pullout sofa bed in the main floor living room.

The second floor sleeping area  is accessed by a corner staircase in the living room automatically lit. 

 

The loft flooring ends part way and has exposed floor joists over the living room area such that the sleeping area looks down into the living room and out the windows to the city. 

The bathroom is on the main floor. .The living room has a lthermostaically controlled  gas fireplace tfor ambience and heating.

The balcony/deck has two portions each with patio furniture, river and garden view and a  propane BBQ

The suite is accessed both from inside the house at the second floor as well as by outside stairs leading up to the second floor balcony/deck from the parking lot.

NOTE : THIS IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND THERE IS NOT AN ELEVATOR. IIT HAS ITS OWN INTRNAL STAIRCASE UP TO THE BED AREA
